Refugees

The world has not seen such movement of peoples away from their homes through persecution as today. Walid Bitar has been responding to the needs of Syrian refugees in Lebanon since the outbreak of Civil War in 2011. His team on the ground eases the suffering and brings them hope through the gospel. Back home in Ottawa the Bitars make great efforts to receive and greet new Syrian refugees coming to Canada looking to start a new life.

Aaron and Anne Bowes in East Berlin are responding to refugees that moved into East Berlin looking for a better life. With grace, care, and servant hearts, the Bowes offer practical aid and share the Good News of Jesus.
